Ecological management of the entrusted, centuries-old cultural landscape is a self-understanding for us. At HÜLS there is no use of fungicides, herbicides or pesticides! In new plantings, MARKUS HÜLS invariably backs on a selection of vines (selection massale) of over 100 years old  vineyards with uncrafted vines. Combined with a high plant density, this system results in an extremely low yield per vine - for maximum aroma diversity!
